Abstract

Fusarium wilt ( Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum) resistance in 18 different ploid watermelon germplasm was identified in the seedlings. The results indicated that diploid watermelon was the earliest,and the resistance of autotetraploid and autotriploid was higher than diploid. This research would be basis of watermelon breeding for disease resistance.
