Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of whole-course nursing on the quality of life in patients with acute appendicitis. Methods 102 cases with acute appendicitis were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the intervention group was given whole-course nursing.The quality of life and degree of satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively.Results The score of life quality in two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference(P0.05).The score of life quality in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference(P0.05).The degree of satisfaction in the intervention group after intervention was 92.1%,which was higher than 51.0% in the control group after intervention,with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Whole-course nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with acute appendicitis.
