Administrative supervision,as one of the main types in internal administrative supervision,plays a more and more important role in our political and economic life.In the new historical period,there are many systems and mechanism problems in China's existing administrative supervisory work.In the process of economic transformation,it failed to effectively prevent the expansion of executive power;the corruption multiplies seriously.This fully exposed that there are still many problems worth studying in our current administrative supervision work.Therefore,we must improve the power control and supervision mechanisms,improve the administrative and legal monitoring mechanisms and establish decision-making,implementation and oversight powers both the coordination of mutual restraint,the power of checking and balancing,so that people actually use the powers conferred by the people's interests.
