Abstract
Objective: To compare the value of internal spermatic vein high ligation by laparoscopy and open operation for Spermophlebectasia. Methods: Laparoscopic internal spermatic vein high ligation in 34 cases were compared with open operation in 42 cases. Results: The two methods have no significant difference in operation time and post-operation time in hospital; No recurrence and atrophy of testis in follow-up. Conclusions: The value of internal spermatic vein high ligation by laparoscopy and patent operation for single lateral Spermophlebectasia are same; But laparoscopic method has advantage for recurrent and bilateral Spermophlebectasia.
