Abstract

The effect of Fengeran on some summer corn varieties was studied.The results showed that the application of 300kg/hm 2 of Fengeran solution with the concentration of 200mg/kg in the eight-leaf-period,the vegetative growth of corn plants was effectively controlled and the elongation of node length inhibited.Fengeran could reduce the plant height by 29.0～40.5cm,depress the ear position by 19.5～25.0cm,increase the stem diameter by 0.2～0.5cm and the functional leaves area by 10.90%～18.66%,and increase the yield by 6.55%～15.40%.
