Abstract
According to the characteristics of the construction enterprises,the paper explores how to improve the costs management and control at the construction stage from some aspects,including the economic ideology of the technological and management personnel,reasonable management,the control over the construction process,and the cost control of the engineering changes,and illustrates the cost control,the collection about the construction data and the classification,so as to maximize the economic benefits.
