Abstract
The pathogenic biological characteristics of Sessileflower acanthopanax root rot was studied in this paper. The results showed that the mycelial could grow better on the most of culture media, but worse on the Rose Bengal Medium culture medium than others. The temperature ranged for mycelial growth was 5~25℃,20℃ was the optimum. The mycelial might grow from pH 2.5 to pH10,pH5 was the best. The effect of light on the mycelial growth was not evident and mycelial lethal temperature was 49℃,10min.The sclerotia could germinate in the most kinds of nutrition. The range of temperature for sclerotia germination was 5~25℃,20℃ was the optimum;the sclerotia could germinate within the treatments from pH3 to pH8,pH5 was the optimum, which the sclerotia lethal temperature was 54℃,10min.
