Abstract
For the purpose of achieving the whole way,stereoscopic as well as intelligent monitoring for expressway,a solution for expressway online monitoring and management system is proposed,the software deployment,the main function as well as the key techniques related for such platform are introduced.The solving approach to such techniques is given.
