Origin and Operation Mechanism of Property Rights ofNon-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning:from the Perspective of Property Rights Economics

Absence of property rights ownership jeopardizes the further development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,and a clearly defined property rights is essential to ensure their smooth running.From the perspective of property rights economics and using the property rights as inherent variables,this paper defines the property rights and its contents of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,and achieves its clarity through the establishment and improvement of the operation mechanisms.It further clarifies the generation of the legal and operating systems of the property rights of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,and describes their operation mechanisms based on the mechanisms of corporate governance,property rights,and property rights monitoring.
