Abstract

Objective:The preoperative visit the application of evidence-based care after general anesthesia for surgery to restore the quality of the effect of awakening. Methods:Elective abdominal surgery,84 patients were randomly divided into evidence-based group and control group 42 cases.Evidence-based group were preoperative visit for patients on the basis of psychological stress before surgery to give individualized counseling and surgical intervention process simulation demonstration.Control group in the traditional way of surgical patients with preoperative visit. Two groups were compared before and after anesthesia put awake quality changes.Results:Evidence-based group of patients eyes open and call, call the fist, extubation time is earlier than the control group was significantly(P0.05),evidence-based postoperative pain scores at different time than the control group, patient satisfaction score was higher, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The preoperative visit information to support effective application of evidence-based care to ease the anxiety before surgery, reducing the amount of sedation medication to shorten the recovery period of time, improve patient satisfaction,to achieve the desired effect.
