Thinking on the Social Expansion Service of High School Library

In this article,the current situation and characteristics of university library were analyzed,and it was found that university library had absolute advantage in the literature resources and electronic resources compared with the social public library resource.How to use its rich resources of library services for the whole society was described,and based on the law,practical need,their own development and other aspects,the necessity and feasibility of the extension of service areas and service level in university library for the society were pointed out,for its rich and limited resources to be fully used and service to all the society.
