A Review on the Innovation and Development of Theories of Constructing a Marxist Ruling Party

The competitions on comprehensive national strength in today’s world largely depend on the competitions of ruling abilities and skills of the parties.Marxist theory on the ruling party’s construction is the important part and kernel theory of Marxist theories on party construction.Studies in this area have academic values,theoretical significance and practical guidance in further summarizing the governing laws of the Chinese Communist Party and strengthening the construction of the ruling abilities of the Chinese Communist Party.Since the opening and reform,domestic scholars have been researching on the nature,connotations and framework of Marxist ruling party’s theories and theories of Marxist ruling conception,especially Lenin’s theory of the new proletarian governing party,the Chinazation of the theory of Marxist ruling party and the governing experiences of the Chinese Communist Party in the new era.Some suggestions on further research: increasing the awareness of problems;intensifying studies on the original classics;strengthening comparative studies on different parties and employing new methods in political studies.
