The society of northern Hubei Province of Late Qing Dynasty was at the turning point to modern society.Changes happened in economy,politics and culture sequently.Accordingly,social contradictions occurred.Late Qing Dynasty couldn't take good measures to handle and it gradually lost it's control force.
