Abstract

Objective and Method:The study of recent years show, the change of HRV is correlation with the heart failure patients prognosis. HRV dropped clue on prognosis is badness. Low dose of metoprolol can improve many patients heart ability.Result and Conclusion: This text, we take the contrast with themselves to study the change of 31 patients used metoprolol before and after. The patients used cardiac glycosides?Diuretics?diastolic blood vessel drugs usually, after they added low dose metoprolol, we found their HRV had increased.
