Research on Prediction of Personality on College Student's Sports Motivation

Abstract
The prediction mechanism of personality on college student's sports motivation is analyzed by taking as samples of 345 students attending sports class for a general purpose, and the predictive model is established for personality score and sports score. The result shows that personalities such as responsibility,extraversion and easy-goingness can obviously predict one's sports motivation. Personalities differ in different types of people, and thus the prediction mechanisms differ. For example, the results for male students and extraversive female students in one-child-policy families are different from other types of people.
