Abstract
When the water from the south main line of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project is supplied to its water-supply area, the existing surface water, ground water and the water diverted from the Yellow River are integrated together. In order to realize the integrated dispatching, management and allocation of all the three water sources,a water resources real-time monitoring and dispatching system for the water supply area of the south main line of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project must be developed with the techniques of information, automatic control and modern decision-making,and then the scope, goal, principles, tasks, system structure, logical structure, functional design, organization, execution, etc.for construction of such a system are deeply studied herein,so as to lay a better basis for constructing the system concerned.
