Abstract

How to realize the reasonable distribution and scheduling of water resources under the conditions of limited irrigation water quantity index is the key problem of water resources management in the Yellow River. This paper applied the concept of harmonious water diversion to the water resources management of the Yellow River irrigation area,put forward a harmonious water diversion method based on the rules,and drew up water division plans under different conditions of supply and demand of water resources in Sanyizhai irrigation area. The decision support system for water use analysis of irrigation area has the functions of water demand real time analysis and water division plan making for the irrigation area,which can provide technical support for water resources real time allocation of the Yellow River irrigation area.
