Abstract

Objective:To kown the correlation with expression of MMP-2?MMP-9 and local invasion?lymph node metastasis of breast cancer,and discuss the role of MMP-2?MMP-9 in the cancer metastasis.Methods:MMP-2?MMP-9 stained by IHC(the methods of immunohistochemical staining),and observe the correlation between their expression with clinic data.Results:The expression of MMP-2 has remarkable correlation with local invasion of breast cancer (P0.01),the expression of MMP-9 were remarkable correlated with lymph metastasis (P0.01).Conclusion:MMP-2、MMP-9 may be play an important role in the breast concer metastesis,out their role are different.
