Abstract

In the administrative department,human resources management is always playing the important role for a long time.With the change of times,the development of social economy,and the progress of science and technology,the original human resources management can not adapt itself to the needs of administration gradually.This paper analyzes the characteristics of human resources management,and explores the development trend.
