Abstract

The object of mining right is mineral product,which is clearly separated from mineral resource owned by the state.The attribute of jus in repropria of mining right does not influence the uniqueness of state's ownership of mineral resources.It is necessary to separate mineral product from mineral resource.Appropriate legal regulations about mineral product property right must be established.
