A Discourse on You Mao's Poems

You Mao was a famous poet in early of Nansong Dynasty.He and Yang Wanli,Fan Chengda,Lu You were called the four greats of resurgence by Fang Hui,a famous literature critic,which was popular in aftertime.Because of war,You Mao's poems which came down was fewer than those of others and research on him is less in aftertime,so that even some scholars doubt his status in parnassus.But when we review backgroud of period and study his poems,we find You Mao's poems depicted much in life and had vivid features,and that You Mao was commensurate with compliment of the great of resurgence.
