Abstract
Organ and tissue transplantation medicine is one of the most important accomplishments of medical science whilst immune rejection is still challenging organ transplant development. How to control the immune rejection is becoming one of urgent problems. Now generally speaking, the key solution to allograft rejection lies in the induction of immune tolerance to donor receptor cell, tissue or organ.Interleukin 10(IL-10) is an important immune mediator. In recent years, more and more studies show that IL-10 can inhibit the proliferation of T cells, promote the apoptosis of T cells, reduce transplant rejection, and induce immune tolerance.
