Survey of immune tolerance in organ transplantation

Abstract
The long term graft survival of organ transplantation has faced with graft non function caused by host immune rejection. Immuno suppression in clinical practice is expensive and has side effects. Induction and maintenance of specific immune tolerance is the Holy Grail of organ transplantation. This review addresses recent progress in immune tolerance of organ transplantation.
