Abstract

To promote the teaching reform by classroom teaching,enhance the professional development of teachers and achieve the progress in teaching and learning of teachers and students,it is indispensable to take the reflective teaching philosophy as a guidance of teaching,and apply pre-teaching,in-teaching and post-teaching reflections to the whole process of teaching practice.
