Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin on the platelet activation in MHD patients. Methods The studied subjects were divided into 3 groups (Group A and group B include 10 patients respectively who are all maintain hemodialysis patients with recurrent native AVF failure. Group C includes 10 healthy volunteers as controls). Group A had taken orally aspirin 75mg/d for Smonths and group B hadn't. The consequence of the survival of the native AVF was observed, and the expression of platelet activation markers (CD62P,CD63,PAC-1) were measured by FCM. Results With the treatment of aspirin for 3 months, the level of activated platelet in group A is much lower than that of group B, but remains much higher than group C (CD62P: group A 2.63 ± 1.08,group B 5.21 ± 1.90,groupC 1.31 ± 0.88, PA-B0.002,PA-c0.01;CD63: group A 1.34 ± 0.53; group B 1.92 ± 0.88, group C 0. 77 ± 0.47, PA-B0.05, PA-C0.05; PAC-1: group A 1.35 ± 0.68, group B 2.13 ± 0.87, group C 0.81 ± 0.41,PA-B 0.05, PA-C0.05). Conclusion Aspirin can inhibit the platelet activation partly.
