The Situation of Intellectual Property Protection of Geographical Indication of Grain in Hubei and Development Countermeasures

Among the food resources of Hubei province,there are 7 species of national geographical indication product,4 national geographical logo trademarks,and 2 kinds of national geographical indications of agricultural products.The intellectual property rights protection situation of national geographic indication of food resources of Hubei province from the aspect of the protection of geographical indications products,the registration of geographical indications brand together with geographical indication of agricultural products.Meanwhile development countermeasures were discussed;and some relevant proposal was put forward.
