Abstract
The supercritical water has many characteristics, so people attach importance to it. The supercritical water can be used as the medium in many chemical reactions, especially in degradation of waste plastic. The polypropylene degradation in supercritical water was studied. The influences of conditions on this reaction, such as temperature, pressure, reaction time and material ratio of water to PP were researched. It provides some experiment guide to polypropylene and other waste plastic degradation in supercritical water.
