The Build of Silk- Road Economic Belt: the Summary of Literature of 2014

In September 2013,the country's President Xi jinping proposed the strategic idea of Silk-Road Economic Belt . Since then,the Silk- Road Economic Belt become the domestic hot issues. This article revolves the concept and characteristics of Silk- Road Economic Belt,the challenge for the strategic significance,function orientation,as well as the five problems of construction path and so on,which are based on reviewed the latest progress in this field. The study finds that current research in the space boundary is not clear,the analysisof historical context is not comprehensive,and it has paidmore attention tothe traditional energy cooperation and other issues' research. And then from the Silk-Road Economic Beltdefinition,strategic positioning and theprospects of future construction,the future research trend is proposed specifically.
