Abstract

Several commonly used marker-assisted breeding techniques and feature were introduced.The application of marker-assisted breeding techniques in rice breeding were summarized,including the main gene transfer and aggregation,anti-pest gene transfer and aggregation,QTL improvement,crossbreeding and so on.
