On the English Situated-teaching Guided by the Constructivism Learning Theory——on the basis of teaching practice of A New English Course Book 5

Constructivism learning theory is highly evaluated recently.Constructivism believes that learning is the interactive activity with the student at its center.According to constructivism,learning environment consists of four elements: situation,cooperation,conversation and meaning construction.The teacher should try to set up the constructivism environment in which students can construct new ideas based upon their past knowledge and improve their competence of using English.
