A Novel Training Mode for Application-oriented Talents

Abstract

A novel training mode for application-oriented talents was created in professional practice teaching by actively exploring the new ways for the cultivation of talents by the joint force of colleges and universities,government and the society.The novel training mode has been used to cultivate the talents with comprehensive competence in biological and chemical class.Practice has proved that this mode can improve the quality of practice teaching,and strengthen students' engineering quality,practical ability and creative ability.
