Abstract

Yumenhe reservoir is a counter reservoir in the Luohe River,and the geological condition of the dam is very complicated.Arch dam was recommended in the feasibility stage. The paper demonstrates and analyses the engineering geological condition of the dam,and concludes that the condition for dam construction is good, and the gravity dam is better than the arch dam.
