Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium injection on the levels of fibrinogen(Fg),platelet granule membrane protein(GMP-140),D-dimer(D-D) in patients with chronic pulmonary heart di-sease.Methods Sixty cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) related pulmonary heart disease in acute stage were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group, the control group was given routine treatment, while the treatment group were given conventional treatment and low molecular heparin sodium, detected and compared the Fg,GMP-140,D-D index and clinical effect between the 2 groups of patients. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 73.3%,which was significantly higher than 53.3%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x~2 =4.302,P 0.05),compared with before treatment, the levels of Fg,GMP-140,D-D decreased in both of the 2 groups(control group,(=4.385,3.016,7.482,P 0.05;treatment group,t =3.792,2.772,5.306,P 0.05),and it was more significant decrease in the treatment group than those in the control group(t =3.217,3.106,4.782,P 0.05);GMP-140,the levels of D-D,Fg and the clinical efficacy was negatively correlated(r =-0.52,-0.63,-0.74,P 0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin sodium injection therapy could significantly decrease the plasma GMP-140,Fg,D-D levels, and improve the clinical efficacy of COPD related pulmonary heart disease.
