Analysis of the Ethics Decision Mode of Public Health

The ethics decision of public health is a fundamental issue in the study of public health ethics. Recently many serious ethics issues emerge in our current health care system.The main root of these ethics issues is the serious absence of ethics consideration.On the basis of analysing the scientific view of health,to explicate a new ethics decision model of public health which includes following procedures such as government function, information system of public health and input from the government.
