A Summary of Domestic Research on Public Health Ethics

The research on public health ethics of domestic academic circles developed mainly in the following three perspectives.The first is elemental theories of public health ethics including its connotation,orientation and purpose.The second is ethical introspections on public health practice including ethical conflicts,principles and practical way.The third is ethical observations on specific problems of public health including ethical research on disease prevention and control such as AIDS,health problems of social disadvantaged groups and global public health,etc.The domestic research on public health ethics had three characteristics: combination of theory and practice,macro and micro complementation and multidisciplinary cross research.Furthermore,it presented trends of development such as discipline construction,research on practical countermeasures and global public health ethics,etc.
