The Observation of the Effect for Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Application of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect for noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the application of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). Method:84 cases of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome in our hospital from February 2009 to January 2012 were chosen as the research object. According to the random number table,they were divided into two groups,the control group of 40 cases was taken with tracheal intubation invasive mechanical ventilation treatment,and the observation group of 44 cases was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment. The clinical effect for the two groups was taken for comparative analysis. Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 95.5%,the total effective rate was 92.5%. There was no significant difference( P 0.05)between the two groups. The PaO 2 ,SpO 2 were significantly higher than the control group after treatment,PaCO 2 was significantly lower than the control group. Compared between groups,there were significant differences ( P 0.05). The adverse reactions was 2.3% in the observation group,significantly lower than the 17.5% of the control group,the group had significant difference( P 0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of the application for noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)is satisfied,and can significantly improve the patient’s respiratory status and security. It is the clinical preferred treatment.
