Abstract

Objective:To explore the effects of the Chinese Medicine Talent cultivation mode.Methods:Retrospective analysis,analysis of market demand,the cultivation of Chinese Medicine talent model.Results:Chinese Medicine industry is a national strategic industry,modernization and internationalization of medicine industry requires a lot of new Chinese Medicine talent,especially with the Chinese Medicine production,processing,quality,allocation,marketing,international trade knowledge talents of advanced applications.Conclusion:In order to meet market demand,we should be adjusted medicine training mode,a 2 +1 model.
