Abstract

To guide and promote the reform of Chinese pharmaceutical specialty on talent training mode,basic quality of Chinese pharmacy professional and technical talent was clarified by the analysis of the bridging of talent training programs and industry and enterprise demands,the adjustment of the programs and the cultivation of advantages and features lead to competitiveness.
