Clinical research of the improved milligan ligation combined with injection sclerotherapy Xiaozhiling in treatment of the mixed hemorrhoids

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the improved milligan ligation combined with injection sclerotherapy Xiaozhiling in treatment of the mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Seventy six patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group for 38 cases,the control group of patients underwent modified milligan simple ligation was observed in patients with modified inner sleeve outer peel ligation combined injection sclerotherapy Xiaozhiling,and then the two groups of treatment and postoperative complications was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,the control group was 89.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);the cure rate,healing time,postoperative complications,reeurrence rate observed indicators of the observation group were all significantly better than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Improved milligan ligation combined with injection sclerotherapy Xiaozhiling in treatment of the mixed hemorrhoids has significant effect,can significantly improve the cure rate and shorten healing time,fewer complications,recurrence rate,it is worth promoting the use of primary hospital.
