Abstract
A method for the determination of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, carbendazim and thiophanate-methyl residues in tobacco by high performance liquid chromatography with DAD detector was established.Tobacco samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with a PSA SPE column, then separated in a gradient elution mode. The results showed that the average recoveries of 4 pesticides were in the range of 82.0%~112.4% and the relative standard deviations were 2.0%~5.3%.The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and has good cleanup effect.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
