Thought on mangement of medical education in clinical practice in new era

With the promulgation of the management of clinical practice in medical education provisions by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education,the clinical practice of medical students has been more comprehensively protected; the environment and conditions of practice have also been more stringently standardized.In the face of the new medical education environment,this paper presents an initial thought on how to improve the clinician skill level,to ensure the quality of clinical training of doctors and to promote the overall quality of clinicians from the three aspects,i.e.the medical colleges' experimental teaching,the practice of teaching and specialist post-graduate training.
