Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of patients with cirrhosis of different Child-push liver function and serum levels of tumor antigen CA125.Methods Immunohistochemical chemiluminescence of 20 healthy subjects(control group) and liver cirrhosis Child grade A,B grade,C grade in each 20 cases of patients with serum CA125 values, and use group t test compare the correlation of control group, liver sclerosis patients with different levels of serum CA125 values. Results Serum CA125 levels in patients with cirrhosis was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the severity of liver cirrhosis accompanied by progressive increas Ascites and serum CA125 levels in patients with Child-Pugh classification was significantly higher than patients without ascites and with the increase in the amount of ascites CA125 levels were gradually increased its trend. Conclusions The elevated levels of serum CA125 in patients with cirrhosis of the liver function and injury severity is closely related to serum CA125 in patients with liver cirrhosis and can be used as a reference to the extent of damage indicators, the level of the reference can be used for prognosis.
