Abstract

Objective To observe different interferon-α in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 180 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into group A,B and C(60 patients in each group). The patients in group A was treated with interferon α2b,in group B was treated with interferon α2b and in group C was treated with interferon α1b for 12 months. Results At the end of the treatment, the ALT normalization rates in group A,B and C were 68.3%,68.3% and 65.0%;the negative rate of HBeAg were 70.0%,71.7% and 66.7%;the negative rate of HBV DNA were 73.3%,73.3% and 70.0%;the hualuronic acid, procollagen Ⅲ,Ⅳ-collager and laminin in the three groups were not significantly different; However, common side effects in group B were most obvious than in group A and C.Conclusion The efficacy of domestic interferon-α in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B is the same.
