Abstract
Objective To explore a new surgical method in treating ingrown toenailand. The operative effects were analyzed and evaluated. Methods We cut off granulation tissue and a part of nail stroma. And then reconstructed nail groove. Results The outlook of the refounded nail groove was favorable. The result was satisfactory and the recurrent rate was decreased. Conclusion Treatment of ingrown toenail by means of cutting off and reconstructing nail groove is a favorable method.
