Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of six medication regimens in the treatment of pneumonia. Methods: 321 cases of pneumonia were collected and divided into A,B,C,D,E,F groups according to medication regimens. The therapeutic effects were observed among the various groups and the cost-effectiveness analysis was performed. Results:There was no significant differences in the cure rate and the rate of adverse reactions among various groups(P0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratios were 14.27,16.97,15.09,21.06,21.6 and 24.12 respectively. Conclusion:The medication regimen of group A is the optimal one among 6 regimens for treating pneumonia.
