Abstract
Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of five regimens of antibacterial drug therapy in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia. Methods 211 pneumonia were gathered-who were divided into A group,B group,C group,D group and E group according to therapeutic regimens, the therapeutic effects and the cost-efectiveness analysis were observed. Results There is no serious operation between the rate recovery and adverse reaction(P0.05),and the Cost-effectiveness ratios were 10.5,10.9,12.3,13.7 and 20.8.Conclusion The regimen of group A is the optimal one among the 5 groups for pnemonia.
