Abstract

Beginning from the content of capital and capital flow, the paper studies its influence to regional economy and analyzes the trend of capital flow inside and outside the country. It discusses how to normalize the regional flow of fiscal capital, financial capital, industry capital and foreign capital so as to promote balanced development of regional economy.
