Abstract

Evidence-based medicine(EBM) is an approach to clinical decision making for patients based on sufficient evidence in clinical practices.EBM gradually impacts breast cancer clinical practice.Evidence from clinical randomized controlled trials may not only change the existing clinical practice,but also provide more choices for clinical practice.However,it may be only evidence and can't change the clinical practice.
