Abstract

Multifactors influence the clinical decision-making during the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.This article revealed some factors from four aspects for exploring the perfect diagnostic and therapeutic pattern in agreement with the situation of our country.Firstly,a good clinical decision is based on favorable multidisciplinary cooperation.Secondly,outdated concept holds back the bearing of scientific clinical decision.Thirdly,defensive medicine depresses the quality assurance of clinical decision.The last are social and psychological factors.
