Abstract
Relationship among softwood cutting, nutrition medium, cutting places in the trees, different cuttings of Populus nigra×Populus pyramidalis were studied.Result shows that the survival rate is more higher and the growth is the biggest by taking vermiculite soil as cutting medium;cutting survival rate has little relation with cuttings;cutting survival rate are not affected by the cutting places in the tree even if the top of the tender shoots which have very low lignified degree can be as cutting material;yield can be increased by a factor of three and velocity of cutting breeding can be increased greatly by using superposition method with 2 nutritive cups.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
